Satya is the sanskrit word for "truthfulness" as outlined in the Yoga Sutras. Practicing Satya means that we see and communicate things as they actually are, not as we wish them to be. This can be challenging, since we all perceive life through a different lens. Our thoughts, beliefs, and past experiences shape and color whatever we see, and none of us experience life in the same way. Similarly, what we experience as 'truth' one day may not be the same truth we relate to the next day.

Practicing Satya requires us to stay open to truth as it reveals itself. To not get ‘stuck’ or limit our growth potential for fear of admitting we were wrong. As you shed the layers of past beliefs and experiences that no longer serve you, you are liberated. There is great freedom in living and being who you really are, rather than hiding behind a mask of what you think others expect you to be.

Called the Stone of Courage and the Stone of Truth, Amazonite empowers you to search the self and discover your own truths and integrity. It encourages you to move beyond fear of judgment and live in alignment with your highest values. It provides the freedom to express your thoughts and feelings and teaches clear boundaries, both internally (as self-discipline), and externally (as what you're willing to take and experience).

Sakura ‘Flower’ Agate: The circles and dots represent seeds and the floral plumes represent the blossom, reminding us that we start out as seeds, then blossom and grow. Flower Agate helps us envision the process of growth, honoring and appreciating each part of the process.

The vibration of Rose Quartz can penetrate down to the cellular level and reprogram cells for joy, love and longevity. It encourages the dissolution of anger and resentment, fear and suspicion, and brings the rebirth of hope and faith in the benevolence of the Universe.
