Mala Repurposing

RESTRING YOUR MALA BEADS

A New Beginning

In both the yogic and Buddhist traditions, a broken Mala symbolizes a spiritual breakthrough, breaking a cycle of suffering and a release of karma. A broken mala can be seen as a positive sign of progression along your spiritual path, and an auspicious opportunity to reflect on the blessings of peace and prosperity received from using your Mala as you begin a new cycle or chapter.

Repurposing your mala with a new thread and intention gives it a new life altogether—a second life, beaming with new energy!

The PROCESS

STEP 01:
Submit Payment

Restringing your Mala is quite the process since each knot will need to be cut, the beads will need to be cleansed, and it will need to be strung on new thread. Your Mala will feel like an entirely new Mala once it has been repaired, infused with a new purpose and intention. The cost to restring your mala is $60 for Necklaces and $20 for Bracelets.

STEP 02:
Ship Your Broken Mala

Ship your broken mala to:
Malas In Bloom
13506 Corral Court
Valley Center, CA 92082
We will ship your mala back to you free of charge within the US. International shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that we only repurpose mala beads from our own store. We do not repurpose Malas from other makers.

STEP 03:
Reknotting & Activating

After reknotting, I will activate your Mala through resonance with my crystal sound healing bowls. This activation is perhaps the most important step in the process, ensuring that your mala is a blend of beauty and integrity, created to help you move through the world with intention.

A note from the founder.

First things first — I'm so grateful you’re here! Can I get you anything? A cup of coffee? Some water? A hug? Hehe… just trying to keep things human around here.

I'm Tammy — a nurturer, a creative, a detail-oriented + mala obsessed solopreneur. I've poured all of these elements of myself into the Malas In Bloom brand + how I support every single customer I have the honor of working with. I’m looking forward to connecting with you personally to create a meaningful, powerful talisman to support you on your journey.
