The last time I was at a crystal shop, I was surprised at how expensive those little things were. And the huge ones you see celebrities like Kerry Washington, Kim Kardashian, Victoria Beckham, Kate Hudson, etc keep in their living rooms, well those costs a fortune!

Many people will tell you using crystals is woo-woo spirituality, so why do so many people invest in them if they do not work? If you're wondering whether crystals work, then the answer is simple — they work and they don't.
People have been attracted to crystals since the beginning of time for self-help, spiritual growth, protection against negative energies, burial rites, divination practices, and healing rituals. Our forefathers and ancestors intuitively knew that when worn, the energies of the stones would interact with the human electromagnetic field to bring about significant energetic changes.
This is the reason millions of people are drawn to energy portals and crystal vortexes like the one found in Sedona because of the ancient and magnificent crystals that sit on top of them. People visit and report they just don’t feel the same. Crystals hold that much because they are powerful spiritual living things that serve those who can dare to believe in their healing powers.
Make it stand out
In this magical world of energy and vibration, crystals help you on your spiritual journey because it works to hold your intention and send it out into the universe. A strong and positive intention is the starting point for working with healing crystals because the intention you set acts as the work you assign to your crystal, allowing its energy to work for you.
The power of crystals is that each crystal carries a unique vibration. When I first had my awakening, I used to carry them everywhere I went because I wasn’t strong enough to channel the energies of my crystals from far away. I needed them close to me to feel its powers.
When I carried my black tourmaline, it meant that energy vampires weren't messing with me that day! When I carried my amethyst, I was doing some important crown chakra work. When I put rose quartz around my daughter when she goes off to be with her dad, I charge the crystals to make my daughter feel loved and protected no matter where she is and who she’s with. But now, I don’t need to bring them along everywhere I go and they still serve me. All I need to do is charge them with an intention and let them work for me.
“But why do I need crystals for protection if I can just ask God to protect me?”, my friend Mariam asked me when I suggested she got some pocket crystals. She was going through some things that were affecting her energy.
“Why do you need food when you can just ask God to replenish you every time you are hungry? Why do you need medicine when you can just ask God to heal you? Why do you need to clean your mouth every day when you can just ask God for a clean mouth every day? Why do you need anything in the physical world if you can just ask God?”
You need crystals because just like medicine, God put them here on earth so we can use them. She said it with an open mind out of curiosity and when I asked her why she needed anything here on earth if she could just ask God; she nodded her head in agreement and said touché! She went to the store, picked up some pretty crystals, and she started feeling different and better. It worked for her because she could believe it would.
The vibrations that these energy crystals hold can realign and re-calibrate your energy with theirs, helping you to raise your vibration and reach a higher state of being. They emit vibrations at a constant frequency, meaning that their vibrations do not change no matter what.
This is so powerful because when a crystal comes into contact with a lower vibration, it raises the vibration of that person or thing to match its own. It raises the person’s vibration to match its higher frequency, which allows you to move past mental, physical, and spiritual blockages.
When I suggested to my friend Carla to get crystals, she straight out said, “Crystals don’t work!” I agreed with her and said yea they don’t work. She had already set her intention that her crystals wouldn’t work. I didn't even try to change her mind, and she didn’t need to go waste her money!
Crystals work if you believe. If you don’t believe, it’s just a pretty rock you can use to decorate your living room.
