    A 60 minute yoga class for all levels at your home or event space. This experience offers inspiring dialogue, moves through postures that are empowering, and ends with a gentle, relaxing meditation while connecting to one’s intuition.

    Sound Bath healing is a practice that uses resonance and frequency to help guide you into a meditative and restorative state for optimal healing. This class is guided laying down, preferably with an eye mask on.

  • 90 Minute Yoga + Sound Bath

    A 60 minute yoga class followed by 30 minutes of immersive sound bathing - an experience you won’t soon forget. Some people comment that they ‘float’ off their mat afterwards!

  • Each student must bring their own yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, and an open heart and mind.

  • Yoga is for all levels, and I offer modifications for postures. The style of yoga I teach is called Vinyasa and moves through classic postures connecting breath to movement. It is both empowering and relaxing, strengthening and calming.

  • You may experience different body sensations such as tingling throughout your body, you may feel very heavy and stuck to the ground, you may feel like you are hovering over your body, you may see vivid colors, images, downloads or messages might come through, or you may feel like you are drifting off to sleep or in a theta wave state.
