Malas In Bloom original gemstone mala jewelry is handcrafted and unique. Due to the very nature of the earth and its beautiful formations, our stones vary in color, shape, and detail. It is highly recommended that you DO NOT shower, swim, or exercise wearing your mala to preserve its natural quality. Please treat your item with great care, and value it as the precious piece that it is. If your item breaks from being tugged on, has caught on something, or any other physical damage, that is not a reflection on Malas In Bloom craftsmanship. Please be honest and courteous if you have any issues with your mala.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped from California. Please allow 3-7 business days for your item to be created, and an average of 2-6 business days for your item to arrive USPS with standard shipping in the U.S. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your item has shipped. Visit ups.com to track your package, using the tracking number sent to you via email. 

Lost or Damaged Mail: Malas In Bloom is not responsible for lost or damaged mail. Once your item has been shipped, received and given tracking information, it is out of our hands and the responsibility of USPS. If you're concerned about a package in transit, please contact your local post office.

International Shipping: Please allow up to 4 weeks for all international orders. Malas In Bloom is not responsible for packages held up in customs or additional fees/duties applied by your government.

United States: Your order ships for $5.                           International Shipping: Your order ships for $20.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Malas In Bloom. We are happy to exchange or refund your unworn, unused item within 30 days of your order being placed. Please Contact Us and we will send you further instructions. 

If you wish to exchange your item and there is a price difference between the two, we will refund the entire cost of the original purchase and ask that you repurchase the new item. We are unable to gather the difference whether or not it is a credit or amount owed. All refunds are given once the item has been received by us. Please allow 5-7 business days for credit card processing. 

REPAIRS

At Malas In Bloom, we honor the breaking of a mala as a significant breakthrough in the wearers life. Click here to learn more about the symbolism of when your mala breaks. 

Online Orders: If your mala breaks within 60 days of purchase, simply return it to us to be restrung and Contact Us with details of the repair. We will ship it back to you free of charge. If your mala was purchased over 60 days ago, we are happy to restring your mala for a $40 fee that will include shipping. If beads are lost and need to be replaced, the price will vary. Please allow 2 weeks for the repair.

Mala Workshops: The Mala Workshop is a unique opportunity to handcraft your own mala jewelry. Because of the cost of the workshop itself, the lesson in hand-knotting, and the time spent teaching you this sacred method, we are unable to replace your mala for you if it is lost. If your mala breaks, we are happy to either send you silk thread to restring your mala, or we can restring your mala for you for a $40 fee that will include shipping.
