SHIPPING POLICY

Malas In Bloom original gemstone mala jewelry is handcrafted and unique. All items are shipped from California. Please allow 3-7 business days for your item to be handmade, and an additional  2-6 business days for your item to arrive USPS with standard shipping in the U.S.  You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your item has shipped. Visit ups.com to track your package, using the tracking number sent to you via email. 

Approximate shipment times* via USPS:
Domestic First Class / Standard: 2-5 Business days
Domestic Priority: 2-3 Business days
International Standard (Canada): 1-3 weeks
International Standard: 2-6 weeks*

Lost or Damaged Mail: Malas In Bloom is not responsible for lost or damaged mail. Once your item has been shipped, received and given tracking information, it is out of our hands and the responsibility of USPS. If you're concerned about a package in transit, please contact your local post office.

*International Shipping: Malas In Bloom is not responsible for packages held up in customs or additional fees/duties applied by your government.

SHIPPING RATES:

United States: Your order ships for A FLAT RATE of $6.                           

International Shipping: Your order ships for A FLAT RATE of$25.

Due to the very nature of the earth and its beautiful formations, our stones vary in color, shape, and detail. It is highly recommended that you DO NOT shower, swim, or exercise wearing your mala to preserve its natural quality. Please treat your item with great care, and value it as the precious piece that it is. If your item breaks from being tugged on, has caught on something, or any other physical damage, that is not a reflection on Malas In Bloom craftsmanship. Please be honest and courteous if you have any issues with your mala.

 

RETURN POLICY

We are a small business operated solely by Tammy Fodrey, founder of Malas In Bloom. We aim to offer a unique experience through our intuitively designed, handmade mala jewelry. I'm sorry, but at this time Malas In Bloom is unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please purchase seriously as all sales are final. We are unable to meet the same expectations as a large manufacturer. To that end, we believe that this is the reason why our malas are a source of magic for you. Tammy spends hours sourcing her gems, designing each piece, knotting each bead by hand, and she even takes it a step further by cleansing + activating your mala with her vast collection of singing bowls. We encourage you to learn more about our processes before you purchase, to decide if this an experience you would like to enjoy, because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Malas In Bloom.

 

MALA REPAIRS

At Malas In Bloom, we honor the breaking of a mala as a significant breakthrough in the wearers life. Click here to learn more about the symbolism of when your mala breaks. 

Regardless how well our malas are constructed, we understand that things happen. If your mala breaks from normal wear within 30 days* of receiving it, please contact tammy@malasinbloom.com and we will provide you with the address to send your mala to for repair. Every product we send out is inspected to ensure it's of the highest quality. However, if you happen to receive a broken or damaged item, please email us and we will happily replace it as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the natural variances in the gemstones is not considered a manufacturing fault. 

*You must contact us with in 30 days of receiving your order. Your mala must be sent back in a protected/bubble wrapped package - not in a standard letter envelope - to avoid further breakage. Please include all beads/components in your package, along with your order number, for fast + efficient processing. Allow up to two weeks for your repair. Once your mala has been repaired, we will ship your mala back to you free of charge.

Damage beyond 30 days is usually due to external forces and is not a reflection of Malas In Bloom craftsmanship. Please note, Malas In Bloom does not encourage swimming, showering, sleeping with, or working out with your mala on. Water especially will cause the thread of your mala to break down, as it is made of 100% pure silk. Please do not let children tug on your jewelry. If your item breaks from being tugged on, has caught on something or any other physical damage, that is not a reflection of Malas In Bloom. Do not hang your mala, but instead store it in the muslin pouch we have provided you with. We are a small business. Please be honest and courteous if you have any issues with your mala. 

After 30 days :: We used to offer mala restringing for a fee. We are no longer able to offer this service to you. Your mala is a sacred tool infused with healing vibrations, that if cared for properly, should not break! Please be mindful in your practices with it.
