WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?
Malas In Bloom does need keep a large volume of items in stock. Each Mala is made-to-order. The process of making your Mala is sacred. Please allow 5 to 10 days for your items to be handmade and shipped.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Flat rate for international packages under 1 lb. is $25. For more information, please see the shipping policy page.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Malas In Bloom does not accept returns and only offers exchanges or store credit for non-customized items. Non-custom, unworn, undamaged pieces must be exchanged within 10 days of receipt (based on USPS timestamp date received).
DOES MY MALA COME WITH A WARRANTY?
All pieces have a 30 day warranty for any material defects. If your Mala breaks after the 30 day time frame, contact info@malasinbloom and we will work with you to restring it.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM MALAS?
Creating a Mala to support your personal growth can be very powerful. Your Mala becomes an important tool and a daily touchstone to remind you of the qualities you designed it to imbue. Together, we can create a Mala and choose gemstones to meet your specific needs. Depending on my current production time, I can work with you to co-create a custom Mala.
