robin martin :: AcroYoga practitioner // paddleboard yoga teacher // yoga medicine ryt
After about six months of practicing yoga, Robin realized that it had an affect on her that was far greater than physical. It calmed her mind in a way no other form of physical movement had before. Her stressful job became manageable.
As life changed – marriage, two kids – her yoga practice remained consistent. Robin's time on her mat offers her the stillness she needs to balance out all of her other responsibilities and challenges that life has to offer. Sharing that experience with her yoga students is a gift.
Karissa becker :: social influencer // kundalini yoga teacher
With her little oms at her side, Karissa spreads the joy of yoga and healthy living. Her Instagram handle TheGivingMom is a fitting title for her mindset of reciprocation, giving back to moms who may be in the same place she was in a few years ago during that dark Alaskan winter. “I believe that women are more powerful than they sometimes know, and that we all need and deserve support in our journey, we need to encourage and uplift our fellow sisters, to empower them to strive for their greatness, and healing mothers is what I believe I’m starting to do.”
Her love is pure and whole and it has changed my life in ways I can't put into words! She's truly the kindest, most 'giving' mama in the world and you will love her (you probably already do!)
karli lindor :: yoga teacher // health coach
Her passion for health and wellness has lead Karli to become a yoga teacher and an online health and fitness coach for Team Beachbody. She has a firm belief that healthy people make happy people - her goal is to help as many people as she can feel comfortable and confident in the skin they're in... Yoga brought Karli back to herself. Her true self. Its given her confidence in her body -- and proven to herself that we are capable of so much more than we realize. When she steps onto her mat, she creates space in her body and mind. Practicing yoga encourages her to not be afraid to fall, and instead focus on firmly planting a solid foundation. Finding her roots on her mat has given her confidence in who she is and lead her to want to share this practice with others. So we can all be perfectly imperfect - together.
